Terms of Service.
By engaging with IDENTLIFY, you agree to the following professional standards and legal obligations governing our cinematic production, brand architecture, and marketing consultancy services.
1. Engagement & Production
IDENTLIFY operates on a project-based or retainer-led partnership model. Upon initiation of a project, the client agrees to provide all necessary assets and approvals within the timeframe specified in the project roadmap to ensure Cine-Grade quality and technical precision.
2. Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, codebases, and production drafts remain the property of IDENTLIFY until final project handover. Upon completion and final payment, ownership of final assets is transferred to the client, while IDENTLIFY retains the right to display work in professional portfolios and reels.
3. Financial Provisions
Project milestones are billed according to the agreed-upon Partnership Model (Starter, Dominance, or Bespoke). In alignment with our commitment to resource allocation and studio scheduling, it is understood that upon the finalization of the formal contract and the commencement of production phases, all financial commitments are considered binding. Consequently, no reimbursements or refunds shall be processed once the contractual agreement is finalized and execution has initiated, as studio resources and technical talent are secured immediately upon signing.
4. Production Shoots & Liability
For on-site production, IDENTLIFY maintains strict safety and professional standards. The client is responsible for ensuring location accessibility and necessary brand permissions unless otherwise specified in the Enterprise Bespoke agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
IDENTLIFY architects digital legacies with the highest degree of precision. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party platform changes (e.g., algorithm updates on Meta, Google, or AWS) that may affect campaign performance or site visibility.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
